He is an English singer\, musician\, songwriter\, and record producer and was a founding member and songwriter of the British group Squeeze. \n“Being on tour is something I really enjoy\, seeing people and being with people is part of my experience as a performer.\nI will be playing songs from the Squeeze catalogue and from the solo albums I have recorded over the last 23 years. My story is told though stand up and some sit down\, a trip back to my council estate in South London\, from my very first lyrical expression to the dressing rooms of this show.\nMy new songs written with Boo Hewerdine tell a story of celebration\, 25 years writing lyrics and playing on stages big and small. A journey I look back on with great fondness and gratitude.\nI cant wait to climb back on stage and perform\, although I have been shy in the past I now find myself feasting on the here and now deep within the shell-like of your ear.I will be joined on stage by Melvin Duffy on his peddle steel and together we will deliver an evening of warm and I hope funny stories. DESCRIPTION:The floodlights will be on for the hour for a spot of night swimming.  Please note that you visit the pool and swim entirely at your own risk. Please sign in at the hub before changing and there will be no entry in the water until the volunteer spotters are in place poolside. We ask that you wear a headtorch when swimming or use a tow float with a light in it so that you can been seen in the water at all times. Please bring your lidded cup as hot drinks will be available in the hub afterwards.  The hub will close at 6.45 so last entry in the water will be 6.15. Please bring a £2 donation. Many thanks. GOD ONLY KNOWS the next time you might hear the beautiful and intricate harmonies of the classic Beach Boys songs as they bring their 100% LIVE show to Bude for the last time! \nDon’t forget to bring your Hawaiian shirts and dancing shoes for a night you will never forget. \nIf you missed the band outdoors at Ebbingford back in summer 2022\, make the most of this last chance to see them in Bude! \nUnreserved seating with space to dance.\n£2 from the sale of each full price ticket will be donated to the Friends of Bude Sea Pool. There will also be a cash raffle to support FoBSP.\nDelicious freshly made Pizzas available from 6.30pm.\nBar available pre-show from 6.30pm and during the interval.\nParking available close to the venue. Disabled parking onsite\nBook early to avoid disappointment. \nTickets also available (at face value with no booking fee) from Bude TIC\, Spencer Thorn Bookshop and Seventh Wave Gallery.
