Delivery
We charge a flat delivery rate depending on item size and weight, should you buy multiple items you will only be charged the once and for the item for the highest postage.
All items are sent via Royal Mail. If your item has not arrived within 10 working days please contact salesmanager@budeseapool.org and we will be happy to assist you.
Returns
If your item arrives damaged please contact salesmanager@budeseapool.org within 30 days of receipt and we will be happy to assist you.
If you are unhappy with the merchandise for any other reason, you may return them to us undamaged and with their original packaging at your own cost and risk within 14 calendar days of receipt.
