Bude Sea Pool is looking for an experienced and motivated HR Volunteer.
Friends of Bude Sea Pool would not be able to keep Bude Sea Pool open and operational without the enthusiasm, willingness, commitment and vast, varied and collective skills of its team of incredible volunteers.
Becoming a FoBSP Volunteer is a fantastic way to meet new people and become part of a friendly social group of all ages and backgrounds, all while having fun and giving practical support to running Bude Sea Pool.
Running FoBSP is just like running a business. The charity thrives on a rich mix of skills, experiences, brains, muscles and smiles!
We are now looking for someone with HR experience who would be able to offer ongoing support to our management team.
This role includes:
· Advice and support with recruitment – staff and volunteers
· Advice on pay setting, salary benchmarking and annual pay review
· Drafting of staff contracts
· Advice on any performance management issues
· Review and update of HR handbook
· Advice and drafting of offer letters
You will be working with the Trustees to ensure that we deliver effective HR practices and compliance across the charity so you will need to have up to date HR experience and knowledge.
